If you're looking to make a specific cell or full generation larger, you'll need to modify the whole generation at once. The good news is its easy peasy to do it. Here's how!
One way to modify the width of a generation (which you'll most often want to do to help longer names fit!) is using the slider on the "Chart" tab in the left side bar of the family tree maker.
Simply click on the generation whose width you would like to change in your chart...
... and then click and drag the "Generation Width" slider to your desired size.
As an alternative, you can click the "Advanced" tab in the left sidebar of the family tree maker app, then click the "Generations" tab within the advanced settings. From here you can either click on the generation whose width you would like to alter as described above, or choose the generation you'd like to modify from the drop-down menu, and then slide the "Radius" slider bar.
